About the concept:
Located above Gravitas in Ivy City, Washington, DC, the Conservatory is a rooftop bar and lounge, surrounded by an urban culinary garden. The Conservatory is open for evening service for wine, cocktails and light bites.
The Conservatory kitchen and bar offerings will use the very best seasonal produce, herbs, and microgreens, much of it harvested from our rooftop garden.
About the garden:
The garden is a place bursting with things to smell, see, and taste, including edible flowers, fruits, and vegetables. Curated by our chefs, the garden is meticulously maintained by our local partners, Love & Carrots.
Private Events:
Our rooftop bar and lounge is always available for private dining, corporate events, and receptions. We’d be thrilled to host you and your guests - please let us know more about your event! Capacity at the Conservatory is 25 guests for a seated affair, or 75 standing.
